basic TOS

this list applies regardless of whether or not you're commissioning me.

★ people on my blacklist should not be traded or sold any of my designs
★ breaking one or more of my tos rules may result in blacklisting
★ Attempting to scam someone by selling/trading my designs, as well as severe scamming toward others may result in blacklisting
★ rude behavior towards me or any other party may result in blacklisting
★ guilt tripping/begging will not be tolerated. You will receive a warning, if this behavior continues it will result in blacklisting
★ using slurs, insults, inappropriate/disgusting behavior (i.e. showing minors nsfw, racism, pedophilia, etc) WILL result in blacklisting
★ Heavily referencing, tracing, stealing, and reposting my work without my consent may result in blacklisting, depending on severity

Comm tos

by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

★ Payment will be made in full after the sketch is shown
★ I have the right to refuse or refund any commission for whatever reason i see necessary
★ commissions may take up to 2 months, please be patient with me, as i am a human being, however asking me about it every now and then is completely okay!
★ if you are to request a refund, you will be refunded what has not yet been completed, however paypal refunds, are not available
★ you may not use my work for commercial use
★ the artwork is owned by me, do not remove the credit, and do not trace or sell the work and claim the contents as your own
★ you are allowed to use the artwork for personal use, (i.e. icons, wallpapers, badges, charms, etc)

Design tos

by purchasing/commissioning a design by me, you agree to the following:

★ Designs are not to be traded or sold to people on my blacklist
★ cooldown is one week! please refrain from selling or trading the character within the week of receiving them
★ unless the design is of a fantribe or closed species, feel free to redesign said design as you wish
★ credit for any designs must be linked to me in some way. if you're uploading the character to toyhouse please use my toyhouse for credit, don't link it back to my insta, amino, etc. i quite like keeping track of my designs haha
★ you are not allowed to resell the design for more than it is worth. if you purchase a character for $20 it can not be sold for higher than $20 unless it has commissioned artwork
